2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A valid payment method is required at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking for reasons including, but not limited to: equipment availability, unsafe setup conditions, or violation of policies.
Prices listed on the Site are in USD and subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least [insert policy, e.g., 72 hours] before the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or full payment.

4. Promo Codes & Discounts

Promo codes (e.g., JUMP2025) are valid only during their designated promotional periods.
Only one promo code can be used per booking.
Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers or used retroactively.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring a safe and suitable setup area (flat surface, free of debris, etc.)
Supervising children and guests using the inflatable equipment at all times.
Following all safety instructions provided at delivery or listed on the equipment.

Any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines may be the customer's financial responsibility.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Jump & Fun Inflatables is not liable for injuries, property damage, or accidents occurring during use of rented equipment, except where required by law. All equipment is provided in good condition and must be used at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Jump & Fun Inflatables or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes means you accept the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
